Oaxaca is the most multi-cultural state in all of Mexico. Nevertheless, the indigenous population has some of the lowest levels of health in the country due to a high vulnerability to illnesses associated with poverty.
A not for profit, civil society institution, was legally constituted in the year 2000. Activities were initiated in the year 2001.
