- To be an alternative in health care, offering services of general consult, specialty and surgical attention, adding on to support services, with quality and care, within the economic means of the poor and vulnerable.
- To provide primary health attention, through health education and preventative measures, in order to diminish preventable illness, and improve quality of life.
- To contribute to the diminishment of infant and maternal mortality, through means of reproductive health and sex education, as well as providing gynecological services and pre-natal attention, and finally empower women to recognize and exercise their rights and respect their decisions in all aspects of women's health.
- Contribute to the practice of diverse forms of medicine (allopathic, homeopathic and alternative methods) recognizing the wisdom regarding the nature of health which has been given through diverse cultural contexts.
- To have a staff which is capable and committed to the Mission of the institution, by way of selection and continual training, to be able to provide professional and ethical attention.
- Strengthen the strategies and mechanisms of interaction and communication between a variety of agencies, to be able to achieve the objectives of the institution.
- To grow and diversify the financial income so that the institutional project is appropriately sustainable.
